We had a very successful 2011 in the show ring! 

We started showing Natalie’s children from her first litter in the Spring - Frank, Frieda and Demi. 

At the Key to the Sea Poodle Club and Poodle Club of Southeast Michigan specialties, held April 1-3, 2011, Frank, Ch. Targa The Way  You Look Tonight, was WD/BOW/BOS in variety and BOS to BOB three of the four shows to win three majors at 9 months of age!  He finished quickly, going WD/BOW and BOV over a special to finish at 11 months of age.

We then brought out our Elle/Ben daughter, Dawn, Ch. Targa Dance Til Dawn, as an adult in mid-May.  She finished in 3 weekends and one day, earning 13 points, including both majors, in that short span!  Along the way, she won the variety several times and received group placements in very competitive Non-Sporting groups and won several BBE Groups! 

Then Dawn’s half brother, Ocho, (Elle/Talker) Targa Speak of the Devil, made his mark. As a 6 month old puppy, he was shown by our daughter, Danielle, in Junior Showmanship competition at our national specialty, PCA and Danielle was awarded Best Junior!  We are extremely proud of both of them.

Ocho then began his show career in June and was awarded his first major at 7 months of age.  He finished his puppy career with 13 points and a major, and won the variety several times, won and placed in several BBE groups and was awarded a Non-Sporting Group 2 in very fierce competition!
